Overview

The position is a full-time, remote Staff MLE in the fintech market. This is really more of a tech lead role where you will be leading big projects scaling the AI/ML capabilities. A lot of the position is reworking the system and making sure it's constantly being improved.

Responsibilities

• Lead large AI/ML initiatives and oversee productionization and ongoing improvement of the system.
• Architect and guide re-architecting efforts to ensure scalable, reliable AI/ML capabilities.
• Bridge product and user experience, identifying opportunities to improve products through AI/ML.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with AI/ML, focused on pushing models into production rather than only model development.
• Expert-level coding in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks/tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), LLMs, Gen-AI, RAG.
• Ability to generate creative ideas for product features and improvements.
• Strong intersection of product focus and user experience.
• Experience optimizing LLMs is a plus.
