Responsibilities Lead a small research team in developing an internal LLM platform. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to define the research roadmap and strategic direction. Hands-on development of state-of-the-art features and solving complex NLP/LLM problems. Contribute to building sustainable AI with a customer-first approach and open-source models/technology. Qualifications Strong pedigree of applied research and deep learning. Experience solving a variety of problems across Deep Learning, NLP, LLM. Ability to work across research and engineering teams.
