This role collaborates with senior leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate challenges, and develop actionable strategies to promote growth, efficiency, and competitive edge. Lead strategic projects aligning with corporate priorities Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans Support long- and short-term strategic planning activities Facilitate cross-functional workshops to develop solutions Act as a strategic partner and liaison to leadership, conducting regular review meetings Utilize various strategy frameworks and assessment tools for data analysis Conduct market research, competitor analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning Present findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders Develop and present implementation plans for strategies Monitor progress, establish KPIs, and track strategic performance Serve as an internal consultant on strategic issues Perform additional duties and projects as assigned Education and/or Training: BS/BA in Business or relevant field required MBA or higher degree preferred Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic roles in complex organizations Experience with strategy execution, transformation, or change management Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and project management tools #LI-RD1 #LI-Hybrid Holman is committed to providing rewarding careers and a supportive environment. Pay: Competitive annual wages ranging from $112,160 to $176,645, based on skills, experience, and location, including base pay and bonuses.
