Role The Commerce Strategy & Operations team reports to the VP of Commerce and influences decisions across post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, trust, and fraud. In this role, you will: Develop and implement commerce strategies to optimize margins and drive growth in the post-purchase experience Manage cross-functional projects with product and engineering teams Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs Analyze commerce data to provide insights and recommendations Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance for quality and cost-effectiveness Team members should be within commuting distance of our NY, LA, or SF hubs.
