Job Title: O9 Configurator Location: Remote Department: Supply Chain Solutions / IT Systems Implementation Reports To: Implementation Manager / Solution Architect About The Role We are seeking a results-driven o9 Configurator with a strong understanding of Supply Planning . This role will focus on the o9 supply planning implementation leveraging o9 Reference Models. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, business teams, and technical stakeholders to design and implement integrated planning workflows that drive visibility, agility, and efficiency in supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement the o9 platform focusing on supply planning reference model including: Supply network modeling Capacity constraint management Replenishment planning What-if/scenario planning Work with clients to understand current planning processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the o9 platform. Design and build custom workflows, data models, and business logic using o9’s configuration tools and languages. Perform SIT and UAT support to ensure solution quality and performance. Partner with supply chain SMEs to ensure planning outputs meet business expectations and KPIs. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in o9 planning software implementation Ability to understand DP-SP handshake setup and configuration Understanding of o9 OBO setup for demand, WIP, safety stocks, and attribute/measure-based sorting Understanding of transactional data interaction with demand prioritization and o9 solver Advanced report and solver debugging skills Ability to write & leverage Python plug-ins with o9 platform Advanced understanding of active rules, procedures, and configuration Understanding of SSIS capabilities and translation to o9 data model Strong communication and client-facing skills to present complex solutions clearly If interested, click apply now to discuss this opportunity with a recruiter.
