Overview Supply Chain Tech – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) – Senior Manager – US Consulting Location: Anywhere in the US As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you’ll focus on bringing solutions and strategies to advance our clients' work and asset management capabilities. You’ll work with high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring you play your part in building a better working world through better working assets. Responsibilities Drive the sales pipeline and design Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) EAM solutions for customers in the Power & Utility industry to increase revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness; ensure solutions meet customer requirements and deliver complex solutions as per customer needs. Lead technology transformation program delivery by building and managing the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy; provide assurance on timelines, costs, and quality; lead both technical and non-technical project teams. Provide Maximo/MAS consulting services to EAM clients in Power & Utilities to improve business performance. Manage the delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management; navigate operational and organizational dynamics to achieve performance objectives. Develop external eminence in the EAM sub-capabilities; promote knowledge sharing; strengthen collective EAM knowledge; collaborate with business development to assess opportunities. Capture Maximo/MAS requirements and design end-to-end solutions addressing customers’ business drivers; support development of new Maximo/MAS opportunities with BD teams; provide consultancy to customers as needed. Participate in RFI/RFP processes, develop proposals, present technical solutions to customers, and contribute to solution descriptions and diagrams. Validate order documentation and provide information and advice to Service Delivery and Operations teams during implementation to drive profitable, high-quality delivery engagements. Prepare reports on top opportunities, weekly progress, and ad-hoc requests; maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry practices; provide leadership across multiple activities and teams. Lead client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed; travel regularly as required by external clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred; degrees in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field. Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience; or 8–10 years with a graduate degree; minimum 8 years delivering Maximo/MAS services to EAM clients. Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics, and business development; ability to work across advisory services if needed. Proven experience in Utility (Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Nuclear), Oil & Gas, Media & Entertainment, Regulatory, Customer, Supply Chain, Finance Transformation, or related areas. Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and US passport required; knowledge of hybrid, waterfall, and iterative delivery methodologies; program structuring and governance experience. Experience with project/resource management, budgeting, risk management, and delivering projects with quality outcomes; familiarity with SDLC and technology landscapes. Strong negotiation and influencing skills; ability to drive change, coach junior team members, and manage engagement economics. Preferred/Ideal Utility sector experience is a major plus; experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile; familiarity with Compatible Units; Master’s degree in IT or Business Administration; additional EAM product experience; EAM configuration tools experience. Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, manage change, and learn agile thinking; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
