Role Overview As a Senior in Supply Chain Technology, focusing on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), you will manage and deliver client engagements, often at an implementation team level, to enhance value and efficiency. You will mentor team members, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Provide advisory and consulting services to EAM clients to improve business performance. Mentor, coach, and counsel team members. Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements. Perform requirements development, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. Understand application functionalities and how they can be leveraged by business partners. Collaborate with users and development staff on system issues and implementations. Work with relational databases, reporting, and related technologies. Understand software development and project management cycles. Engage with users to gather and share information for system success. Build and maintain external relationships to enhance brand presence. Contribute insights and responsiveness to client needs. Support business development and practice growth initiatives. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions. Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to RFP responses. Travel as needed and lead project streams, engaging actively with clients. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. 3-4 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in advisory services for EAM. Experience with application design, system configuration, and business architecture frameworks. Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with SQL and supporting applications. Excellent communication skills and adaptability. Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Utility sector experience. Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, Mobile, and Compatible Units. Master’s degree in related fields. EAM product experience (Maximo, Oracle, Hexagon). Experience with EAM configuration tools. Proactive professional development and cultural adaptability.
