SVP, Head of Talent and Agentic Learning & Development

We are seeking a visionary and strategic SVP, Head of Talent and Agentic Learning & Development to lead the design and execution of an innovative future-forward talent strategy that integrates human development with agentic (AI-powered) learning systems. This leader will reinvent the role of L&D in an Agentic enterprise and help employees to build agentic skills. They will be responsible for reimagining how employees are hired, onboarded, developed, and continuously reskilled in a workplace powered by collaboration between humans and intelligent agents. This is not a traditional L&D role. You will work at the intersection of talent development, organizational design, AI/agent integration, and human potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Development
    Lead the development of an enterprise-wide talent strategy aligned with business goals and the future of work. Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation across all levels of the organization. Build and evolve competency models that reflect agentic collaboration, digital fluency, and adaptive leadership.
  • Agentic Learning & AI Integration
    Design and implement cutting-edge learning ecosystems that integrate AI agents to personalize, augment, and accelerate employee development. Partner with AI/ML teams to co-develop proprietary agentic learning tools and platforms. Establish best practices and ethical guidelines for human-agent learning interactions.
  • Leadership Development
    Build a next-generation leadership development framework that prepares leaders to thrive in hybrid human-agent teams. Introduce new leadership archetypes, including “agent whisperers,” AI-fluent managers, and augmented decision-makers.
  • Organizational Capability Building
    Lead enterprise re-skilling and up-skilling initiatives to future-proof the workforce. Lead AI adoption and enablement for the enterprise. Integrate agent-based learning journeys into day-to-day work, enabling learning in the flow of work and decision-making. Partner with product marketing on internal campaigns.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Thought Leadership
    Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on the future of talent, learning science, and agentic collaboration. Collaborate with academic institutions, think tanks, and technology partners to stay at the forefront of the evolving learning and talent landscape.

Experience

  • 20+ years of HR experience; including leading in an enterprise at scale
  • Experience leading and designing talent strategies for a complex, scaled organization
  • AI knowledge and thought leadership
  • Proven innovator

Compensation

Base pay range: $380,000.00/yr - $459,000.00/yr
