Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and launch of cutting-edge AI products for the life sciences sector Collaborate with engineering and application teams to define requirements, determine capabilities, and establish product development roadmaps Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure product features align with user needs, driving continual improvement Engage with the life sciences community to track product adoption, seek feedback, and inform future development Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; experience in life sciences or healthcare is required Deep knowledge of AI and ML engineering, with a focus on foundational models and deep neural networks Experience developing ML/AI products for non-expert markets Good understanding of molecular biology and the types of high-throughput data used across academia and industry in the life sciences Ability to lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and UI/UX designers, ensuring progress is tracked and accurately reported Hands-on experience developing client-facing software products, especially those used in pharma and/or Biotech Experience in a fast-growing start-up, reporting into CEO/founders Preferences: Inspiring leader capable of overcoming technical and personal obstacles to deliver on strategic plans Passionate about applying AI and ML in the life sciences Combines deep technical insight with proven leadership in guiding teams towards shared objectives If you are interested please apply above or reach out directly to: a.benhsain@strativgroup.com. ** Please note due to high volume of applicants there may be a delay in response and/or inability to provide deep feedback**
