What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage, maintain, and support the Radiology and Cardiology PACS systems and other imaging applications - Collaborate with medical staff and IT to optimize the use of PACS and related systems - Perform routine system checks, backups, and disaster recovery procedures - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to imaging systems promptly - Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, patches, and technical support

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology - Systems Analysis - Associate's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare preferred - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively - Strong collaboration skills to work with radiologists, cardiologists, and IT staff - Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with imaging applications and PACS systems - Familiarity with Epic Radiant/Cupid and integration with hospital systems - Previous project management experience for system installs and upgrades - Strong communication skills to support end-users effectively - Relevant certifications in imaging or IT systems
