We are partnered with a highly respected advisory and accounting firm that is hiring a Tax Director for its San Francisco office. With deep Bay Area roots and a growing national presence, the firm is known for its long-standing client relationships and strategic approach to tax and estate planning. Their fully integrated services support high net worth individuals, multigenerational families, and privately held businesses, including billionaire clients.

What You Will Do

• Lead tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and business entities
• Oversee sophisticated strategies in gift, estate, and charitable tax planning
• Serve as the primary advisor for legacy client relationships, including ultra-high-net-worth families
• Manage and mentor a skilled team of tax professionals
• Drive process improvements and contribute to firmwide initiatives
• Support succession planning and transition of legacy clients

What You Will Need

• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• Deep expertise in high net worth taxation (individual, partnership, trust, estate, gift, and charitable)
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• CPA required

Salary and Employment Details

Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
