Job Responsibilities:

Provide direction and oversight to a team of tax professionals, ensuring accountability and high performance. Ensure quality and timeliness in the preparation and review of federal and state tax filings, including Forms 1065, 1120, Schedules K-1, and related filings. Offer guidance on the tax implications of specific transactions across various fund types. Mentor and develop team members. Manage relationships with partners. Drive operational enhancements.

Qualifications:

Strong background in managing complex client relationships within the investment partnership space. Advanced knowledge of tax issues relevant to partnerships, fund structures, and investment managers

Compensation:

Salary: $150,000 – $300,000, Plus Bonus
