Competitive Compensation 401(k) with Matching Comprehensive Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Flexible Work Arrangement Remote with occasional San Jose client meetings Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Professional Growth Work closely with directors, managers, and partners on high-impact client projects Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements for individuals and business entities Advise clients on tax planning, research, compliance, M&A activities, and transfer pricing Review and prepare tax returns, projections, and work papers to professional standards Supervise and mentor staff across multiple client projects Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues Partner with seniors, managers, and directors to deliver exceptional client service Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and client expectations You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA/MST preferred) Active CPA license preferred 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting 2+ years in a Tax Manager or Senior Tax role Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in tax planning, compliance, and consulting across multiple entity types Customer-service mindset with strong leadership and staff management skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
