Hiring Overview Hiring Now: Tax Managers & Senior Managers

We are actively beginning interviews to hire multiple Tax Managers and Senior Managers for our Bay Area (San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose, Sacramento) and San Diego offices, with start dates in Spring 2025 (April – June).

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in tax within public accounting

Active CPA license (mandatory for all Manager-level positions)

Expertise in technology, venture capital, startups, IPOs, private companies, UHNW individuals, and partnerships

Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, pass-through entities, and tax compliance for complex structures

Proven leadership ability and experience mentoring and managing staff

Compensation & Benefits

Highly competitive salary: Tax Managers: $150,000 - $200,000+ | Senior Tax Managers: Up to $225,000+
