Overview Exciting contract opportunity with an established firm. This is a fully remote role for a contract Technical Program Manager / Product Manager focused on Finance and Accounting. We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support our Finance and Accounting Products initiatives and help shape internal tools and reporting solutions that drive our client’s financial processes. Responsibilities Work with the Group Product Manager and cross-functional teams to break down strategic goals into clear product epics and user stories for the scrum team. Organize and drive the quarterly roadmap for financial planning and accounting tools. Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories. Partner with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products. Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans. Qualifications 1+ years of product management experience; 1-2 years preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Desired Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite. Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools.
