Overview

Contract Technical Program Manager / Product Manager – Finance and Accounting. Fully remote role. Open-ended contract. Junior Product Manager to support Finance and Accounting Products initiatives, helping shape internal tools and reporting solutions that drive our client’s financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Group Product Manager and cross-functional teams to break down strategic goals into clear product epics and user stories for the scrum team.
• Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories.
• Partner with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products.
• Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite.
• Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools.
