Overview Technology Consulting - Managed Services - Salesforce & Digital Applications – Senior Manager at EY. As a Senior Manager in EY’s Managed Services team focused on Salesforce and Digital Applications, you will lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing solution design and implementation, and driving innovation across digital ecosystems. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in Salesforce, cloud technologies, and enterprise digital strategy. Location Anywhere in Country Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Engagement Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and digital application engagements within EY’s Managed Services framework. Solution Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS). Team Leadership & Development: Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, analysts, and offshore delivery resources; mentor and coach team members; support talent acquisition and capability building within the Salesforce practice. Managed Services Operations: Collaborate with EY’s global delivery centers to ensure seamless execution; monitor and report on service performance, incidents, and enhancement requests; implement governance models and operational playbooks. Business Development & Practice Growth: Support go-to-market strategy for Salesforce and digital services; lead proposal development and client presentations; contribute to thought leadership and EY’s digital community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 10–12 years of experience in Salesforce and digital application delivery. Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. Experience in managed services or long-term service delivery models. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and security. Preferred Master’s degree or MBA. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, Admin, Developer). Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices. Familiarity with other digital platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Power Platform). Skills & Attributes Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
