Technology Transformation Sr. Associate – NetSuite
As a NetSuite Sr. Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Transformation Practice, with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.
From day one, you’ll be empowered by the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and help you grow professionally.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assist in full lifecycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases
Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
Conduct training classes for end users
Provide post-production support
Participate in full lifecycle implementations
Identify business requirements, design functional and process workflows, prototype, test, and define support procedures
Identify opportunities to enhance usability and profitability of information architecture
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
Assist leadership with proposals, budgets, and work plans; contribute to business development activities
Interview candidates for campus or experienced roles
Perform other duties as assigned
Technical skills and qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, IT, MIS, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in a consulting role serving cross-industry clients at a national level
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
Industry-recognized professional certification
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reporting
Experience with application integration and data connectivity
Experience installing and configuring NetSuite applications
Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects
Strong leadership skills, including conducting meetings and technical documentation
Ability to understand current processes and define future state processes based on business goals
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40%)
Hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance at least two days per week at a GT office or client site
The salary range for this position in Iselin, NJ; Minneapolis, WI; and Hartford, CT is $104,000 to $156,000.
