Our client is an international company focused on providing cloud-based, real-time monitoring solutions for the construction, precast and concrete manufacturing industries. Their platform leverages digital tools to oversee production, and improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.They have recently expanded their operations into the United States and are looking for technically savvy sales specialists to join their Territory Sales Team.
Job Description:
- The Outside Territory Manager is responsible for bringing on net new business and maintaining a book of business, focused on the concrete construction industrywithin your assigned territory.
- The Outside Territory Manager will run a full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach, running product demonstrations and closing business.
- The Outside Territory Manager must be comfortable working in technical environment and communicating with engineers, project managers and construction managers.
Requirements:
- 3-5+years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Construction space
- Candidates must be familiar with Concrete, Cement or Admixture and be able to speak on a technical level.
- Ability to use a CRM to track and forecast all sales data.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the US and Canada is required
Location:This is a field-based work environment where candidates must live in the Northeast Region, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Boston or NY/NJ marketsand be willing to travel to meet clients throughout their territory upwards of 50%. Candidates will also travel to company HQ in Canada once a quarter.
