In this remote role, you’ll oversee a large portfolio of veterinary accounts, helping to expand adoption of tailored pharmaceutical solutions for animals. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from outreach to account management—while collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience. Accountabilities:
Manage a portfolio of 300+ veterinary accounts across the Pacific Northwest, building strong client relationships and driving retention.
Exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to onboarding and ongoing account support.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with veterinary clinics and animal care providers to understand their needs and present customized compounding solutions.
Lead software demonstrations and educate clients on proprietary tools to improve clinic workflows.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory guidelines related to veterinary compounding.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance marketing materials and identify new product opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and account activity.
Represent the company at trade shows and veterinary conferences, qualifying new prospects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing; veterinary industry experience is a plus.
Proven success in full-cycle sales roles, including prospecting, closing, and account growth.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with email outreach, video calls, and live presentations.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
Passionate about animal health and delivering excellent service to veterinary professionals and pet owners.
Competitive base salary between $60,000 – $80,000, with on-target earnings of $112,000 – $132,000 including bonus.
