Territory Sales Manager

Overview Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This is a fully remote position with travel approximately 60-80% of the time. All travel is one overnight trip at a time. 50% of time will be spent managing an existing book of clients and 50% on developing new business. There is unlimited/uncapped commissions in addition to the base salary. Residence required in WA, OR, ID, or AK.
Responsibilities Grow and manage accounts in your assigned territory
Exceed sales targets with smart, creative strategies
Develop deep knowledge of our products, market, and retailer needs
Represent our brand professionally at events, trade shows, and in the field
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
3+ years in sales (food / CPG / pet industry experience a plus)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable with mobile tools and CRM platforms – Salesforce
Ability to travel frequently
Valid driver’s license
Details Location: Pacific Northwest (remote)
Travel: 60-80% (approx. 1 overnight trip at a time)
Compensation: Base salary with unlimited/uncapped commissions
