This position is for the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Advanced Development Operations (DevOps) and Sustainment Support (ADOS) program to support critical MARS infrastructure and services. The role will be located in the National Capital Region and is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by fall 2025.
Responsibilities Experience in software testing with expertise in advanced test design techniques
Significant experience in test automation, performance testing, and continuous integration
Ability to lead testing efforts, provide technical guidance, and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, manage complex test threads, and optimize test script performance including Functional, Ad Hoc, API, and Regression Testing
Monitor test executions and analyze outcomes to identify any discrepancies or failures
Continuously improve test methodologies to enhance test accuracy and reliability and update test documentation to reflect changes in requirements or procedures
Identify software quality problems and coordinate with system developers to resolve defects
Qualifications Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Certified Software Tester (CSTE), CompTIA Network+
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science and 9+ years of relevant experience (will consider 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
Experience with automated test script execution and management
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for test scripts
Experience in an Agile environment, working in Sprints
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000 . The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
