They are raising their children to be curious, confident, and kind—and are looking for a nanny who can help support that vision. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a long-term commitment as they are trying for their second child and hope to find a nanny to support them as their family grows. Familiarity with Montessori methods—or have used similar child-led, respectful care approaches—and bring that mindset to daily routines, play, and learning, as well as experience caring for newborn babies, and knowing how to balance their different needs with calm and confidence. Travel Flexibility and willingness to travel for longer and shorter stints is required. The family will be in NYC for a few days in September, Cape Cod all of October, AZ all of December, and Jackson Hole for most of January. Schedule The family can offer one of the following schedule options + flexibility for occasional overtime, date nights, and some weekends.
