Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Responsibilities Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is essential. Handle tax planning projects for a diverse client base and provide up-to-date tax advice clients can rely on. Apply knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes and devise strategic outcomes for complex issues. Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients\' tax activities. Build client relationships and demonstrate deep knowledge of the real estate, hospitality and construction industry. Supervise a motivated team of professionals, ensuring they have the skills and opportunities to reach their full potential. Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Seven to ten years\' of real estate tax experience, within a professional services environment. Extensive knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills (e.g., partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring). Experience managing budgets, people and projects. Business development within the market. A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context. Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and strong influencing skills. Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment. You\'ll also have CPA qualification or be a member of a state bar. The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr.
