Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Responsibilities Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role.
Spend time on a variety of tax planning projects, responsibilities and tasks for a diverse client base, delivering up-to-the-minute tax advice.
Provide meaningful business insights by analyzing evolving portfolios of increasingly complex tax operations.
Identify potential opportunities and risks and communicate these to our clients.
Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve our clients\' tax activities.
Research clients\' business operations and build long-lasting relationships to tailor advice to their needs.
Supervise a motivated team, ensuring members have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to reach their full potential.
Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
Extensive knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills (e.g., partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring).
Experience managing budgets, people and projects; ability to prioritise across multiple complex projects.
Business development within the market; proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
Strong influencing skills and the confidence to question existing processes.
Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
CPA qualification or membership of a state bar.

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
