Overview
Vice President, Corporate Brand Marketing – LinkedIn. Full-time, hybrid work arrangement. Department: Marketing & Communications. This role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago or New York. LinkedIn seeks a visionary and strategic leader to drive global brand marketing, define core brand messaging and guidelines, and lead integrated campaigns across B2B, B2C, and marketplace audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate LinkedIn’s brand positioning and core messaging across all audiences and touchpoints.
Partner with creative leadership to develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across channels, geographies, and customer experience.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate LinkedIn’s brand globally.
Collaborate with Communications, Product, Policy, Social Impact, and other Marketing functions to align and amplify brand initiatives.
Drive brand strategy for both B2B and B2C segments with understanding of marketplace dynamics.
Oversee global brand marketing efforts, ensuring cultural relevance across diverse markets.
Champion innovation in brand storytelling, using data and insights to inform strategy.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of brand marketers and agency partners.
Establish and track brand health metrics, driving continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Brand Measurement to develop and advance a learning agenda that drives insights and optimizes brand impact.
Drive innovative approaches to connect with members, customers, and key stakeholders to deepen engagement and brand affinity.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of experience in brand marketing.
10+ years of experience in people management, including leadership of senior-level marketers and managers.
8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience in marketplace business models.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology or platform businesses.
Strong track record of success at large global brands.
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience managing global teams and working across international markets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
Passion for LinkedIn’s mission and a deep understanding of the professional landscape.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $300,000 to $450,000. Actual compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and work location. This range may differ by location due to cost of labor considerations.
