What You'll Do
Join a high-performing team deploying capital in one of the fastest-growing real estate sectors. As a Vice President or Director on our data center team, you’ll take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of U.S. and global data center investments—helping shape a scalable, future-forward platform at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, and technology.
In this role, you'll drive value creation, risk management, and performance optimization across a diversified data center portfolio. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute investment and asset strategies aligned with firmwide goals.
Key responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day asset management of operational and development-stage data center investments.
Monitor asset performance against underwriting and business plans; identify value creation and risk mitigation opportunities.
Partner with operating teams, leasing agents, and internal groups on leasing, capex, tenant relations, and operational KPIs.
Manage quarterly asset valuations, investor reports, and performance dashboards.
Support ESG initiatives, compliance, and efficiency efforts.
Assist in underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions or recapitalizations.
Help prepare investment committee materials and financial packages.
Contribute to portfolio strategy, hold/sell analyses, and capital recycling planning.
Conduct macro and micro research on data center markets, tenant trends, and emerging technologies.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in a transaction-focused role within real estate or financial, such as private equity, acquisitions, investment banking, development, or structured finance
Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts, leasing structures, development process, and operations
Highly proficient in Excel with advanced modeling and analytical skills; Argus experience is a plus
Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitask skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Team player with an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel (approximately 20–40%)
Data center or digital infrastructure experience is strongly preferred
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
MBA or Master’s degree in Real Estate or Finance
Prior experience in private equity or institutional investment setting
Familiarity with ESG principles and their impact on data center operations
Understanding of hyperscale and enterprise leasing strategies
Job Level
We’re open to talent at either the Vice President or Director level, depending on depth of experience. The qualifications listed above reflect the minimum requirements for the Vice President level, which is the more junior of the two.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$123000 - $185000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location
We’re open to candidates based in any of the following office locations: Des Moines (Global Headquarters), Chicago, or New York. Hybrid and in-office work arrangements are available at each location. We’re also open to remote work, depending on the role and candidate location. Final work arrangements will be determined in partnership with your leader, based on team collaboration needs, responsibilities, and geography.
