This means managing buildings, budgets, and systems, all while navigating the regulatory landscape on a tight schedule. We are seeking senior operators to take charge of one of four pivotal areas: approvals, construction, onboarding, or financial management. This role offers full autonomy and accountability—no committees, no handoffs, just you and the mission to build robust systems.

What You Will Be Doing

Taking ownership of a critical component in our national launch strategy: whether it be regulatory compliance, campus construction, onboarding processes, or financial operations. Leading cross-functional teams with complete autonomy and responsibility. Developing new operational playbooks and rigorously testing them in real-world scenarios. Collaborating closely with founders, department heads, and campus teams to ensure infrastructure is ready for launch. Leveraging AI and automation to optimize operations and speed up processes.

Acting as an advisor—this is a hands-on role, not a strategic consultancy. Navigating through bureaucratic layers—you'll have direct access to decision-makers. Focusing on a single market or workstream—you’ll manage multiple initiatives across different regions. Waiting for direction—you'll be the one providing it. Passing on difficult decisions—those are yours to make.

Vice President Facilities Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of a core operational pillar for 2 Hour Learning’s national school launch. Execute swiftly, efficiently, and at scale. While we will guide you to the area best suited for you, the domain is yours to command.

Basic Requirements

We are recruiting for various operational sectors. Each requires rapid execution, clear thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

A minimum of 3 years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG). A proven ability to manage cross-functional operations in challenging, high-uncertainty settings. Expertise in at least one of the following: regulatory processes, construction of physical sites, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to translating plans into actions without needing guidance. Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability to travel approximately one week per month. Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and expedite project delivery.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
