This individual will define the strategic vision, set a high bar for technical excellence, and scale both ESE and sales operations consistently across regions; all while ensuring flawless execution and delivering an exceptional customer experience.In this role, you will lead and scale a high-impact team of ~300 Enterprise Sales Engineers worldwide who sit at the center of Datadog’s enterprise go-to-market strategy.
