THE POSITION We seek an enthusiastic, results-oriented attorney with significant patent licensing and litigation experience, and a deep understanding of complex transactions within the Information Technology industry. The Vice President, IP Counsel will primarily support patent aspects of licensing programs, projects, and engagements, collaborating with internal and external professionals to drive revenue and support licensing activities worldwide. This position reports to the SVP, General Counsel & Chief IP Counsel. Ideally based in the Bay Area, but candidates elsewhere in the US will be considered.
