What You’ll Do Execute the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, targeting SMB to mid-market residential construction firms. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet ambitious revenue and growth KPIs. Lead cold outbound efforts (phone, email, social, in-person) to build a robust sales pipeline. Transition into building and leading a sales team, fostering a culture of drive, and high performance. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with Build Navigator’s vision. Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to optimize performance and forecast trends. Who You Are A proven sales leader with a strong track record in executing the full B2B sales cycle in ConTech (SaaS preferred), targeting SMB to mid-market businesses, both as an individual contributor and team leader. An established professional with an existing book of business in the SMB/Midmarket Construction sector to drive immediate impact. A startup veteran who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a scrappy mindset to achieve big results with limited resources. Skilled in cold outbound sales (phone, email, social, in-person), with a knack for building relationships from scratch. A highly driven professional with high moral character and a genuine passion for Build Navigator’s mission to transform residential construction. Ideally experienced in leveraging AI/automations in sales processes, developing sales playbooks, or scaling sales teams. Details Location : Fully remote – collaborate from anywhere. Commitment : Full-time, with flexible hours to match startup intensity. Compensation : Deferred salary, unlimited commissions (20%-27% paid in perpetuity), and equity options to share in our success.
