Overview Amper is an early-stage, VC-backed SaaS technology company on a mission to modernize manufacturing from the ground up. Our platform transforms legacy shop-floor complexity into actionable intelligence to help manufacturers reduce costs, increase visibility, and drive efficiency. We are looking for a Vice President of Product & Engineering who can define what to build, scale how we build it, and lead a high-performing team that turns vision into reality. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape product strategy, scale the engineering organization, and bring our next-generation AI-native manufacturing product to life. You will work across the stack from infrastructure to UX and across teams to drive alignment, velocity, and quality. This is a role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can navigate ambiguity, and wants to help architect the future of a category-defining platform. While Amper supports remote work, candidates located in or near Seattle, San Francisco, or Chicago are preferred.
