Vice President, Sales Overview We are searching for an experienced Vice President, Sales at our Remote facility. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the executive team. Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services. Ensure the sales organization has the tools and support needed to succeed. Required Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the commercial building products industry. Strong leadership, development, and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies and plans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales management software systems. Ability to analyze business and market trend data to drive informed decision-making. Bachelor's degree with significant sales, leadership, and marketing experience. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of the commercial construction materials industry, including products, market trends, and key players. Understanding of the commercial door and hardware, industrial door, and controlled environment markets and channels. Established network of industry contacts and relationships. Experience working with a diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large corporations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other senior leaders and departments.
