The Opportunity You’ll take the finance reins from our COO, stand up a best-in-class FP&A function, and grow into Kadence’s CFO. This is both a builder’s role (hands-on, zero-to-one systems) and a strategist’s role (guiding capital allocation to optimize growth). You’ll get a front-row seat with our board and investors from day one. What We’re Looking For Scale-up pedigree: led finance at a SaaS startup in the $5-20 M ARR range (Series A/B) FP&A mastery: fluent in SaaS metrics and scenario modeling. Experience with pricing strategy and capital allocation Operator’s mindset: happy rolling up sleeves today while architecting an 18-month roadmap Team builder: proven ability to hire, coach, and level-up high-performers in finance & FP&A Systems thinker: experience migrating to/optimizing modern finance stacks.
