We are looking for a visionary Vice President, Global Marketing to shape and execute world-class brand marketing programs that resonate with Levi's consumers across markets. This role will drive the development of consumer-led ideas that inspire brand loyalty, generate long-term profitable growth, and elevate brand presence through integrated, omni-channel campaigns. You will report to the CMO and act as a strategic connector between global and local markets, ensuring our brand storytelling and product activations are consistent, compelling, and tailored to key consumer touch points. Acting as the thoughtful voice of Global Marketing throughout Concept-to-Consumer(CtC)milestones, you will help rewire marketing processes to deliver an efficient go-to-market calendar with a DTC-first mindset. Above all, you will lead with vision and purpose—elevating performance, building team cohesion, and promoting deep collaboration across departments and markets. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, with the ability to distill insights into bold creative direction, galvanize cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact marketing at scale. About the Job Build brand marketing programs for global implementation, grounded in consumer insight, big ideas, and a focus on long-term profitable growth. Elevate the execution of global “big ideas” through creative storytelling and robust 360° product activation campaigns. Deliver clear, compelling, and directive Global Marketing briefs and assets that align with brand strategy and seasonal “big bets.” Drive disciplined execution by partnering closely with regional clusters, global merchandising, and creative teams—acting as a conduit for assessing needs and requirements through strategic briefing. Ensure marketing content and messaging are relevant, impactful, and optimized for each consumer touchpoint. Serve as a strong, consistent voice for Global Marketing in CtC milestones, helping to rewire processes to enable agility, efficiency, and a DTC-first distortion in the go-to-market calendar. Provide leadership to elevate performance, foster innovation, and strengthen team collaboration both within Global Marketing and across cross-functional partners. About You Dynamic brand marketer with expertise in global brand positioning , integrated campaigns , and omni-channel execution . Experienced in delivering high-impact activations across retail, digital, and experiential channels, with cultural relevance. You bring: Demonstrated cross-functional leadership , aligning teams across geographies and disciplines. Deep consumer, trend, and industry insight , and ability to connect strategy to business performance and measurable results. Experience in product marketing , go-to-market excellence , and retail environments . Strength in digital, social, and performance marketing , with a focus on content, loyalty, and growth. A track record in influencer, partner, and youth/lifestyle marketing , elevating brand reach and resonance. A reputation for innovation , clarity in complexity , and inspiring teams with a compelling vision. Key Qualifications 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, with global scope. Experience building and leading global brand marketing programs that balance global consistency with local market relevance. Experience inspiring, directing, and delivering compelling creative and strategic work across multiple channels and platforms. Demonstrated expertise in delivering measurable business results through integrated campaigns. Depth of experience leading large cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of retail marketing, direct-to-consumer strategies, and omni-channel activation. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly complex organizations. This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $ 347,100 - $ 389,000 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
