Responsibilities Set the technical vision and lead the build from MVP to enterprise-grade scale. Translate detailed product logic into a secure, API-first system that is SOC 2/HIPAA-compliant. Manage distributed engineering teams and cultivate engineering culture. Balance fast iteration with regulatory discipline and reliability obligations. Qualifications Experience leading engineering teams to build scalable, secure, API-first platforms in regulated industries. Strong emphasis on reliability, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA), and data governance. Ability to operate in ambiguity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive architecture decisions. Proven track record of shipping MVPs to enterprise-scale deployments. Compensation and Work Model Initial compensation is equity-only with a pathway to salary after pre-seed funding is secured. The role is remote-first with a distributed team model.
