Overview As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be a member of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
Responsibilities Be a hands-on HCM Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and/or PEX Lead on assigned projects, helping to streamline client processes.
Facilitate design sessions, capture client requirements, configure solutions, and mentor other consultants.
Documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) support.
Participate in an innovative, teaming culture for the Recruiting, Talent, and Learning team to enable constant innovation.
Collaborate with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements to project processes.
Demonstrate consultative skills and a passion for high customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do Contribute as part of our Workday Practice delivering Workday HCM solutions from assessments to transformations.
Lead Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and/or PEX workstreams on assigned projects.
Facilitate sessions, gather requirements, configure solutions, and mentor peers.
Provide documentation, testing support, go-live assistance, and post-production support.
Engage with a collaborative team culture to drive ongoing innovation.
What You Will Need A minimum of five (5) years’ experience implementing Workday Recruiting, Talent, Learning, PEX, etc.; or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in these areas.
Experience with at least two full Workday implementations.
Current Workday Certifications in one or more of HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Learning.
Up to 50% travel; balanced with remote work or Guidehouse office location. On-site support may be required for key milestones.
What Would Be Nice To Have Experience executing projects within a structured methodology.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication, including RFP responses and client presentations.
Experience in state or local government deployments is preferred.
Experience in HR departments and understanding current organizational issues.
ERP software sales cycle experience (RFx responses, oral presentations, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00–$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a range of factors including skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business needs.
