The Opportunity
As part of the People and Organisation - Reward team, you will lead large-scale engagements and manage client accounts in a dynamic environment. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain high-level client relationships. Your responsibilities include defining engagement scope, developing frameworks, and managing resources and expectations.
Responsibilities include:
Leading large-scale engagements and managing client accounts.
Setting strategic direction and driving business growth.
Overseeing projects and maintaining executive-level client relations.
Establishing scope and objectives, negotiating terms, and developing engagement plans.
Building and sustaining relationships with senior client counterparts.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
Certifications like CPA, PHR, CFP, CFA, CCP, or CEP.
Proven proficiency in managing client accounts, developing engagement frameworks, and building executive relationships.
Strong communication skills and market awareness.
Experience in leveraging firm resources for business development.
Leadership in research and industry trends.
