About Orka OrkaTV is a rapidly growing player in the FAST (Free Ad-Supported Television) space. Our main business unit, Orka Ads, is the interconnect between programmatic advertising and streaming TV. It provides ad buyers direct access to place their ads into the leading channels and content across FAST and CTV. Recently, OrkaTV launched an ecommerce business unit, called Keiko, that uses the power and scale of our Orka Ads Marketplace to sell our products. The Role (Keiko New & Existing Accounts Lead / Director) We’re seeking a detail-oriented New + Existing Accounts Lead who’s primary focus is to scale and maintain our roster of publishers utilizing Keiko’s “Shoppable Content.” It will also serve as the main sales contact to grow clients for our original productions in our content studio and distribution capabilities. As well as provide sales support to seeking out new business opportunities for our e-commerce store keiko.tv. This is a dynamic role that requires a deep technical understanding of FAST Ad Tech, the CTV Industry and the essentials of Creative Production. The right candidate will bring a passion for innovation and strong sense of ownership to deliver our performance-based ads and other products to clients as well as communicate our capabilities to produce and distribute high quality originals via our content studio. Key Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for all Account Growth & Management related to Keiko. Manage relationships with new and existing publishers, affiliates, and sales partners; monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive volume and engagement. Cultivate new business opportunities for the creative team to provide services to clients Collaborate with Orka’s Sales team on all contacts and leads for opportunities Connect with affiliate marketing programs, e-commerce and big retail groups for new business opportunities. Represent Keiko as needed at conferences, trade shows, client meetings and industry gatherings in person and virtual. What You Bring Deep knowledge of the FAST / Connected TV space. 4+ years experience in sales ops or account management roles. Proven success managing partners and sales pipelines Strong communication skills — especially in persuasive writing, relationship-building, and brand voice. Analytical mindset; confident using data to make decisions and identify areas for growth. Experience with affiliate networks, digital marketing tools, and third-party integrations. Organized, fast-moving, and detail-obsessed — with a bias for action and ownership. Comfortable working independently in a hybrid, startup-style environment. Excellent written communication skills for tracking updates, coordinating cross-team logistics, and managing distribution documentation Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing long-term planning with fast-moving daily execution Collaborative and adaptable — thrives in a startup or fast-paced media environment with evolving priorities Passion for storytelling, pop culture, or digital media is a plus Why Join Us?
