Air table Solutions Architect / Builder (Certified)-Remote Project Duration : 12+ Months Contract Rate : $ 65/hr. on W2 Job Description: Seeking a Certified Air table Builder who is excited to design smart, scalable solutions that power real business impact. This role will architect and develop a dynamic Air table ecosystem that connects teams, workflows and data across the organization. This role will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and build interconnected bases that are powerful and easy to use. This role will also ensure things run smoothly: monitor performance, troubleshooting issues and continuously improving the system based on feedback and data. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Air table designs. Develop and maintain a scalable Air table ecosystem across interconnected bases and workflows. Implement cross-base relationships, shared schemas, and reusable components. Balance technical architecture with creative problem solving to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions that are intuitive, visually engaging and aligned with user workflows. Build advanced Air table solutions using Interfaces, Automations, and Scripting. Balance technical architecture with creative problem solving to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions. Integrate Air table with third-party platforms using native tools and custom APIs. Monitor system performance and automation logs to proactively identify and resolve issues, in addition to troubleshooting user-reported problems. Host regular office hours to support end users, answer questions, and gather feedback. Document architecture decisions, data models, and workflows for long-term maintainability. Collaborate with the Enterprise Admin to ensure architectural decisions align with governance and compliance policies. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience designing Air table solutions in enterprise environments. Proven experience managing complex Air table ecosystems with cross-functional dependencies. Expertise in Air table formulas, linked records, rollups, and advanced field types. Proficiency in Air table Interfaces, scripting, and automation tools. Experience with large datasets and high user concurrency. Strong creative sensibility for interface design and user experience. Experience with third-party integrations and API-based workflows. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide live support to a diverse user base. Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
