You’ll be doing As part of Verizon Global Enterprise, you’ll be leading a team of six to ten Fixed Wireless Access-focused client partners to meet—or, even better, exceed—their Fixed Wireless sales goals. Your team will focus on building and maintaining the sales funnel, cultivating opportunities from discovery to close with the expectation of driving growth within this category. You will lead the team to become technical experts for Verizon’s full range of 4G and 5G FWA services, increase FWA participation, penetration, and close rate. You will partner with internal and external teams to ensure that our FWA solutions meet customers’ technical and business needs for the best solution and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with Verizon VPs and other leaders to create and execute plans to grow Fixed Wireless and attached service revenues, form positive relationships with customers, develop and motivate your team, facilitate contracts and negotiations, evaluate performance, and report results to leaders. You will manage a team responsible for designing and delivering advanced solutions to advance the sales process, provide product expertise and thought leadership, collaborate with stakeholders to create end-to-end solutions, execute company action plans to increase sales and engagement, deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts, identify opportunities for strategic relationships, influence product roadmap prioritization, and make recommendations on hiring, performance, and training. You will ensure coverage for large and/or complex engagements and use thought leadership to write white papers, participate in market events, and create use cases.
You’ll need to have Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Willingness to travel up to approximately 75%
Valid Driver’s License
Even better if you have one or more of the following Master’s degree
Experience designing, proposing, selling, and contracting for complex technical solutions
Led a geographically dispersed team
Juggled multiple large-scale projects, sales, and negotiations

Where you’ll be working In this mobile role, you\'ll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.

The salary varies by location and experience and is commensurate with role; this is a commission-based position with potential to earn more. The annual salary range for the listed locations on this requisition is: $123,000.00 - $236,000.00.
