Your role and responsibilities Lead and deliver HR Business Application projects, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance HR operations using top technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on transformation initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Provide thought leadership and expert guidance to clients on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
Mentor consultants within the practice, contributing to their professional growth and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Contribute to the development of practice content, methods, and intellectual property to strengthen IBM's competitive advantage.
Work Arrangement This role is designated as a hybrid position, based on business needs, and can be performed from anywhere in the US. The number of days required in the office will be determined by your management team, and any changes must be preapproved. Required technical and professional expertise At least 10 years of consulting or industry experience in HR and HR Business Applications.
Proven success in leading, selling, and delivering complex talent transformation projects.
Strong understanding of HR business application principles, including HR operating models and employee experience design.
Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors, Workday, and ServiceNow.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
