Your role and responsibilities This role is suitable for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses a deep understanding of SAP technologies, and is passionate about client success. This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US. Work Arrangement: This role is designated as hybrid, with work location assigned based on business needs. Hybrid roles typically involve working from IBM locations, client sites, or from home. The specific number of days required in the office will be determined by your management team. Any changes to this arrangement must be approved by your manager beforehand. Required technical and professional expertise Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with SAP technologies, including ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur.

Consulting Experience: Proven track record in delivering complex SAP implementations, focusing on business process improvement and change management.

Sales and Business Development: Successful experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the SAP market.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects, with a focus on high-quality delivery and client relationship management.
