What You'll Do

Lead and elevate quality control for assurance engagements Be the go-to expert on U.S. GAAP and FASB Mentor and train staff, while influencing process improvement Help resolve complex client issues and support compliance firmwide Collaborate with leadership on standards and methodology updates

What They're Looking For

CPA with 10+ years in public accounting (assurance-focused) Proven ability to lead reviews and support technical development Strong communicator and collaborator Passion for raising the bar on quality and team growth
