What You'll Bring Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent education/experience considered. Experience: 10+ years in senior management leading successful marketing teams. Healthcare marketing experience preferred. Skills: Strong verbal communication, collaboration, and team-building abilities; adept at building relationships and resolving problems. Analytical Mindset: Ability to elicit, analyze, and communicate business requirements from diverse functions. Brand Expertise: Working knowledge of brand principles and identity management.
