Summary The System Associate Vice President (AVP), Revenue Cycle Innovation and Advanced Analytics will lead the future of revenue cycle through innovation, data, and advanced technology. This role will centralize the organization’s innovation strategy, harness analytics for actionable insights, and optimize technology investments. The AVP will empower leaders with predictive and performance-driven tools, positioning the revenue cycle to thrive in a value-driven healthcare landscape. This role provides strategic leadership for advancing the use of data, automation, and technology across all areas of the revenue cycle. This role is responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide analytics and innovation strategies that improve financial performance, increase operational efficiency, and support value-based care initiatives.
The AVP oversees the development of predictive models, AI tools, KPI dashboards, and advanced automation solutions that enable insight-driven decision-making. This leader partners with cross-functional stakeholders in technology, clinical operations, finance, and digital health to align data capabilities with business needs, and to implement cutting-edge tools that transform revenue cycle outcomes.
Required Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle analytics, digital transformation, or technology-enabled operations
Demonstrated success leading enterprise analytics and innovation initiatives
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced modeling software (e.g., Python, R, SAS)
Experience implementing RPA, AI, or NLP tools in a healthcare revenue cycle or payer setting
Preferred Job Qualifications Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or MS in Analytics or related field)
Epic certification or experience working in Epic revenue cycle environments
Background in healthcare operations, financial strategy, or digital health transformation
Physical Demands Office-based or hybrid role; requires prolonged periods of computer and screen use
Occasional travel to system facilities, vendor sites, or conferences may be required
Must be able to lead collaborative sessions, team workshops, and executive presentations
