THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID-REMOTE WORK SCHEDULE AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD WHICH WILL BE 3 DAYS IN-OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE PER WEEK. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE TO THE PMS ENGAGEMENT CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Quality Analyst performs improvement activities including research, data collection and analysis utilizing various systems and reports. Functioning as either a lead or team member in collaboration with management, implements improvement initiatives related to Behavioral Health analytics throughout the company.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's or master's degree in a behavioral health, human services or health care field plus a minimum of one year experience in a behavioral health, human services or health care setting. OR Associate's degree plus minimum of three years' experience in a behavioral health, human services or health care setting OR high school diploma/GED plus a minimum of five years' experience in behavioral health, human services or health care setting. Computer experience required including proficiency in spreadsheets, report production, and databases. Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully manage complex projects. One or more years Quality experience in a healthcare setting preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a Quality Service Review Certification upon hire or obtain within six months of employment. $100 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
