As a Licensed Associate Counselor, you will deliver evidence-based therapy services via telehealth to clients across Arizona, with a focus on personalized treatment and patient-first engagement. The role emphasizes trauma-informed and solution-focused practices, collaborative care planning, and strong multidisciplinary teamwork. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), passionate about improving mental health access, and comfortable working remotely within a supportive, clinician-led environment. Accountabilities: Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and grief counseling. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients aged 6 and up, ensuring documentation meets clinical and regulatory standards. Participate in crisis intervention, care coordination, and case planning with multidisciplinary teams. Attend regular supervision, training, and professional development sessions to maintain competency. Maintain timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions and patient progress. Engage patients with a flexible, "say yes first" approach to improve access to care and outcomes. Active or eligible Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) credential in Arizona. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Prior experience in telehealth and comfort with remote work technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-centered mindset. Ability to maintain a quiet, professional home office with reliable internet. Willingness to occasionally attend in-person meetings or trainings if needed. Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, use a computer, and participate in virtual communication. Competitive full-time salary ranging from $68,000 to $78,000 (Arizona-based residence required). Monthly performance bonus structure.
