Were expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our collaborative team. This is a hybrid role - 2 days in the office, 3 from home with flexible hours and a team that values work/life balance.

About the Role

In this position, youll work alongside Account Managers and Senior team members to provide full-charge bookkeeping support for a roster of high-profile clients. Youll gain hands-on experience managing finances for entertainers, creatives, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day and monthly bookkeeping for assigned clients
• Process A/P, A/R, and payroll entries
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Assist with journal entries and year-end tax prep
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and banks professionally
• Help manage client mail, vendor payments, and financial records
• Assist with 1099s, W-2s, and other reporting tasks
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues or discrepancies

What Were Looking For

• At least 1 or more years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Exposure to A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with business management or public accounting preferred
• Previous experience in entertainment, sports, or media industries is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication - written and verbal
