The Role We seek entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners, helping expand our presence across the U.S. This is not a traditional legal role but an opportunity to build your own business within Latitude, develop client relationships, and be responsible for your success. As a Partner, you’ll co-own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L, supported by resources, capital, and proven models. While offering autonomy and flexibility, full-time professional focus is required; practicing law on the side or managing other work is incompatible with this role. Relentless drive to build and sell — business development skills and a strong legal network are essential. What You’ll Do Launch and lead a Latitude operating company. Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams. Drive growth through outreach, referrals, and market leadership. Match elite attorneys with clients — this is a business leadership role, not legal practice. Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally. What We’re Looking For Experience as a senior attorney in law firms or legal departments. A strong network of legal decision-makers. Business development potential and grit. High drive and ownership mentality. A desire to build and grow a business over time. Compensation Total range: $200K to $1M+ annually, including base, bonuses, incentives, profit sharing, and equity. First-year base salary: $150K–$250K, depending on equity structure. Bonuses and incentives are performance-based, bridging to profit distributions and long-term equity.
